CFMEU office shut down 2019/2020

To all our members and delegates,

The CFMEU will be closed from midday Friday 20 December 2019 and will be re-opening Monday 6 January 2020 at 8.30am. 

 

Reminder to members: if your employment is terminated and you want to file an unfair dismissal claim you only have 21 days to lodge your application with the Fair Work Commission.

If you are dismissed during the Christmas/New Year period, and your CFMEU Branch is closed, you should consider lodging your application with the Fair Work Commission directly to meet the time limit.

You should contact the counter organiser at the CFMEU NSW Branch for further advice and assistance as soon as you can when the office re-opens.
